Getting started as an investor

Registration is free

Creating an investor account costs nothing and there is no investor subscription. You register at /register/investor and land on /app/investor/overview.

Two different places to find deals

/app/opportunities shows offerings from clients you already have a relationship with, normally because they invited you. Access here follows the invitation.

/app/discover is the global listing feed. It shows raises whose issuer has switched visibility to global. Before this feed shows you anything, you must complete the jurisdiction and investor-category self-certification on your profile. Until then the feed is empty by design and the app explains why rather than showing a blank page.

An individual listing opens at /app/discover/:offeringId, and an invited offering at /app/opportunities/:offeringId.

Expressing interest

Expressing interest records a non-binding indication. It is not an investment, not a payment, not a commitment and not a contract. No money moves on or through Exedra Gate. You confirm an acknowledgement to that effect before the record is written, and the record is hash chained and timestamped.

Expressing interest requires two-factor authentication on your session.

Identity verification

Verification is optional to browse and is described on the verification page. If a client invited you, their plan covers your check. If you registered on your own, the one-time fee is EUR 19.99.

What the platform will not do for you

Exedra Gate does not rank offerings, does not feature or promote any deal, and does not match a specific deal to a specific investor. Listings sort by recency or name only. Nothing on the platform is investment advice or an endorsement.
