Exedra Gate documentation
Exedra Gate is a software platform for evidence-first private capital work: client and investor onboarding, identity verification, document signing on an in-house engine, data rooms, and evidence packs.
Three ways in
- You use the product
Help
Getting started as a client or an investor, running a raise, data rooms, signing, and collecting the evidence at the end. These are the same pages the in-app assistant answers from.
- You are evaluating it
Verify an evidence pack
The step by step guide to checking a pack with ordinary tooling: a shell, jq, openssl and Python. Standard formats throughout, SHA-256 for hashes, Ed25519 for the signature, RFC 3161 for the timestamp.
- You need a person
Get help
The support form reaches a person, and it works with or without a working sign-in. Nothing here needs an account to read.
What it is, and is not
The record of what happened is hash chained and tamper-evident, signed with Ed25519, independently timestamped under RFC 3161, and verifiable by a third party offline with standard tools.
- Not a broker, adviser, custodian, escrow provider or trading venue. It does not hold, route or settle investor money.
- Not a recommender. It does not rank, score, feature, promote or recommend offerings, and it does not match a deal to an investor. Investors self-select from what a client published.
- Not a decision maker. Software surfaces information; a human reviewer decides every verification, screening and certification outcome.
- Not an endorsement machine. A verified badge is an identity claim as of a date, never a statement of trust, quality or safety.
One claim made precisely, because it is the one this product stands on: the timestamp on an evidence pack is admissible evidence from an independent authority. It is not a qualified timestamp, and Exedra Gate does not claim the legal presumption that attaches to one.
