Plans, billing and usage credits

The client plans

  • Basic. For a first raise. EUR 799 per month. 3 seats, 1 active raise, invitation onboarding and templates, email support.
  • Team. For active dealflow. EUR 2,499 per month. 5 seats, 5 active raises, reviewer workflows and team roles, bulk onboarding and audit exports, priority support.
  • Enterprise. Custom pricing. SSO and SAML, SCIM, full API and sandbox, single tenant and data residency, 99.9 percent SLA, named customer success manager.

Prices are net per month and VAT is added at checkout. Paying annually is 20 percent off, billed as one payment.

Credits, seats and invoices

/app/issuer/credits holds active subscriptions, invoices, seat purchases, usage credit top-ups and the verified badge card. Viewing and managing billing are separate permissions, so a member may see nothing here.

What usage credits are

Client usage credits are non-transferable prepaid platform credits used for platform billing. They are not investor funds, they are not a wallet, and they cannot be transferred or paid out.

What Exedra Gate never charges

Exedra Gate does not take a success fee or any percentage of what you raise, and does not sell placement, featuring or promotion of a specific deal. Revenue never depends on whether an investment happens. The global visibility fee is a flat platform-feature price for the feature itself.

The investor side has no subscription. The only investor charge is the one-time EUR 19.99 identity check for investors who registered on their own.

Payment processing

Checkout and the customer portal run on Stripe. Card details never reach Exedra Gate.
